Save on clothing!
Hi guys, Jax2 here.
The next time you are in need of some new clothes, try a few of these ideas to save you some money while shopping. Consider going to a store like Goodwill, Salvation Army or the DAV and leave yourself some extra time. These stores not only support good charities, but often they will have clothes donated to them by stores that are brand new with their tags on them, at half the cost or less of what the store charges. While this may not always be the case, you can always find hundreds of items in your sizes, most of which are in excellent condition and can be worn anywhere! If that doesn't work for you, remember to always hit the clearance section before you go back to the womens or mens departments. There are usually some great deals in the clearance section year round. Buy ahead of time. If you know your son or daughter will be wearing a certain size next fall or winter, consider shopping for all their winter clothes in the springtime when they go on sale as stores are trying to get rid of their closeouts. You can often find some fantastic deals here. ---Jax2--- Womensave.org Moderator |

RE: Save on clothing!
The easiest way to save money on clothes is to only buy what is affordable, plain and simple. Buy clothes at a discount store. Set a monthly clothing budget and follow it. Just buy the clothes which you require and don't waste in just buying the clothes which increase your self esteem as its all just useless.

RE: Save on clothing!
I have read the tips what you have put here. Actually it is not like that you have to buy the cheap clothes for you then and then you can save the money. For saving the money you should make a plan for a shopping and then start it. If you can analyse the requirements and the fashion demands then you can get the best.

RE: Save on clothing!
Great tips. I would like add one more tips Keep your lifestyle in mind when you're purchasing clothes. Most people wear only 25% of their wardrobe regularly. If on a day-to-day basis you dress in jeans and a t-shirt, there seems little point in having 20 dresses in your closet.

RE: Save on clothing!
I buy most of my clothes at the Goodwill store. I've never shopped there until last year, and I'm always amazed at the "like new" clothes, you can get for only a few dollars. I like to go in spring and autumn, when people are cleaning their closets and you get the best selection! Another way I save on brand name clothing is purchased on eBay.
